What these apps are
BoleLemi Hub Staff and BoleLemi Hub Tenant are companion mobile apps for BoleLemi Hub, the maintenance and tenant-services system operated for Bole Lemi Industrial Park / Special Economic Zone (SEZ). They give staff and tenants a native-app way to reach the same tools already available on the BoleLemi Hub website — reporting problems, tracking maintenance jobs, submitting official letters, and viewing utility invoices and consumption.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email/username, role, and organization/tenant assignment.
- Operational data you submit: maintenance job updates, photos you attach to jobs, tenant requests, official letters, and related messages.
- Basic technical data: device type and app version, used only for support and debugging.
How we use it
Solely to operate the maintenance and tenant-service workflows the apps provide — assigning and tracking jobs, storing job photos, handling tenant requests and letters, generating and tracking utility invoices, and notifying you about their status. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
Data is only visible to the staff/tenants involved in a given job or request, and to the operators of BoleLemi Hub, per the same role-based access already used on the desk and web portal. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data retention
Records are retained as long as your account and organization are active, consistent with normal maintenance and tenant record-keeping requirements for the park.
Your choices
Contact your park/site administrator to request access, correction, or deletion of your account data.
